Dear Editor,

I am writing on behalf of the Anderson Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. As the current President of the Board, I want to add the chamber’s support to the City’s efforts to bring the new Shasta County Courthouse to Anderson.

With the site that is located at the Northeast corner of the I-5 Riverside Avenue interchange comes many benefits for our City. This facility would bring employment opportunities to the area as well as attracting potential customers to our retail and service sector.

The City would also benefit from those support businesses that would potentially be generated by a courthouse. We welcome the opportunity to show Shasta County that the City of Anderson truly does offer the “complete package”.
