There is a Bible quote, "Ye shall know them by their fruits." Matthew 7:20

All Americans should remember this verse.

It is so appropriate with politicians who feather their political nests rather than in serving our country and citizens.

They serve other ideologies rather than our U.S. Constitution with what is needed in our own country.

Witness: Anyone should realize they cannot get out of debt by borrowing more and more. U.S. politicians borrow trillions, getting us multi-trillions of dollars in debt. Debt and bankruptcy for generations of Americans are the fruits of those politicians who refuse to publicly acknowledge their failure to keep the country fiscally sound.

California is an excellent example.

As a state, California led in the quality of its schools, highways, superstructures, roads, business, agriculture and manufacturing with taxes people could understand and pay.

Then greed took over.

California was wealthy. People demanded more services and pay. Unions moved in and forced even higher pay. Everyone demanded more and more in services and pay. This created inflation, fueling more demands in a never-ending spiral. The ills in California spread to all the states. Demands for more pay forced many businesses to close. Many businesses moved to countries where the cost of labor was much lower. Politicians aggravated the situation by not requiring taxes on imports from those countries.

Illegal aliens pour over unguarded borders by millions to take jobs Americans won't do. They get free medical care, schooling, welfare. Pregnant women came over the border to have their babies as citizens. These illegal workers expanded, taking construction and other higher-paid jobs. Politicians protect those illegals while American citizens are out of work. Sleazy foreign manufactured goods replace U.S. manufactured goods making it even more difficult to find U.S.-made goods.

These problems plaguing Americans today then, are the fruits by which we know our politicians.
